New Faculty Moderator!

KCUJ Radio would like to welcome Dr. Olaf Bohlke as Faculty Moderator!

Dr. Bohlke is Assistant Professor of German at Creighton University.  In addition, he is the Director of the Hitchcock Language Resource Center at CU.

He received his BA at the University of Tubingen, in Germany, and earned his Master's in German Literature (Arizona State University)  and a Doctorate in German Studies (Michigan State University).

We are looking forward to working with Dr. Bohlke this year to establish KCUJ Radio as a fixture on campus.

Next on the agenda...

• Constitution: Drafted. Needs to be amended and touched up until it is ready to be turned in.
• Mission Statement: Miles is doing this over Christmas Break.
• Application needs to be turned in before Spring Break; let's aim for sometime in January.

• GW is working on equipment, etc. over break.

• CS is going to write letters to NRG Media and other local radio stations asking for donations.
• PM is working on the constitution and miscellaneous stuff.

• If we can get our Applications in by the end of January, we can spend the rest of the semester getting ready, and working with Facilities Management to develop a space for us.
